Do I need a referral letter?

A referral letter is required from your General Practitioner or treating Physiotherapist; it can be brought with you on the day of your appointment or forwarded to the hospital in advance.

What do I bring to my first appointment ?

A referral letter if not sent sent in advance. Insurance company name, membership number and authorisation code. If you are a self funding patient, a credit card swipe may be required but no money will be debited from your card at this time.

What if I need an xray or scan?

Xrays can be performed at the time of a consultation and viewed by Mr Hoad-Reddick on the same day. An appointment will usually be required for a scan. Following the scan a further review appointment for the results can be made via HR Orthopaedics office on 0161 722 0007 Or via Orthteam on 0800 328 2975.

Can I be treated as an NHS patient?

Mr Hoad-Reddick is not currently seeing patients through the Choose & Book pathway.
